Guys we wasting to much time cuz ppl dc
I suggest ppl get the -1 point and also a elo dc penalty
And also dc with no proxy should be 1 day unvouch
What u guys think?

I do think Elo penalties were the best way to keep dcs to a minimum. With Elo penalty it simply didn't pay off to leave because you would lose more Elo than if you stayed. But now people can choose to save Elo and in return just get a short ban, which some people might do.
On top of that most people don't want to get someone banned for something which is out of their control in 80% of the time, especially if it might lead to a for example 2 month long ban ...

Only because players are too lazy to report players, we wont switch it back.
I stated multiple times during the reform announcements that we expect more participation from you.
