Lvl 10, both team gets equal income, value and all, game was balanced. Red rr merc I think by mistake, some others thinks not, w/e thats not my problem. But then we are 3 vs 4, really unfair and not fun ! Ennemy team didnt want to draw except "tariq.td"... He didn't want to play a 3v4 in 1200+ thing that is and should be normal at this level. But since they didn't want to draw he wanted to leave, making it 3v3 and back to a fair game. So to be avoid the autoban and being nice i started to votekick him. I don't think a gentleman like him should be banned for being fair, and I don't think all people that voted yes deserve a ban.

So in the first time i request to unban all those people :

Then I read LTD 1200+ rules and I didnt see it anywhere but maybe its written somewhere else I don't know. Usually 1200+ players say that under lvl 20 we have to draw when someone left/crashed. If thats really a rule then I think the man that reported us should rather being banned for not drawing : zartakk@europe

1.: there is no rule about drawing on any public-bot (only on lihl)

is the best way to describe bug-abuse. you did use something, in a not intended way, to get an unfair advantage (if he leaves, then he DESERVES the autoban. dodging it is NOT acceptable)
3.: he didnt break a rule, you started to kick him --> vk-abuse

till now, i cant see a reason to unban you.

Well, in future I won't kick to avoid an autoban, I accept and understand my ban.

But I disagree with the "unfair" advantage, I mean, who would play a 3v4 in 1200+ ? I don't want to, in future should I just !ff if someone rr'ed merc ? At least with this kick (And as u can see he was the lowest income/value of their team) game went back to a balanced game at 3vs3. The only reason he didn't draw was that he wanted that dirty easy elo, and the only reason he reported us for kick abuse is that he raged because we won that game.

I hope you will understand my meanings and my perspective, then if you think i still should be banned for this, well, I guess I'll have to wait those 4 days

EDIT : In 1200+ 95% of the people do draw a game when someone leaves, I think that should be add in rules to keep clean games. And as you can see btw this man that reported us is new in 1200+ (1288.85 elo / 180 games)

Obviously you dont need to !ff if somebody merc's. He has to leave, if he aint doing, then you have to kick him, and if players want, its going to be a drawn game.
With the "unfair advantage" i ment: In this way he is able to leave games without getting banned.
Ofcourse i understand your thoughts, but unfortunately they arent conform with the rules.
He may be new to the bot, but at least he didnt break the rules
For now you will keep beeing banned, but ill reconsider this and talk with some other mods. Maybe im going to reduce the ban a bit tomorrow.
