why 1 year ban in the 1rst place? 2 weeks at that point would've been enough? and ive been gone a while so I believe at this point it should be looked over. I haven't harmed anyone nor did I commit a murder?

Yet you ban dodged. Again, right before the ban expired, earning you your extended ban. Dodging a ban is equivalent to a maphack ban. If you are banned again, will you do what you're supposed to and not dodge and post a ban appeal- regardless of the outcome?
