There is some rules and we have to apply them so letmebendyouova has to be punished for that. But I reckon the minimal ban because what this 2uck3r doesn't say is that he didn't draw the game after someone of my team dropped at lvl 5 in 1200+. Not the first time i see that, really sad... Here is why he went to merc, game had not anymore sence, even if I don't agree with this wierd merc reaction.

I know drawing isn't a rule, but it's still a tradition in 1200+.
