Ban Appeal please

Realm/Gateway: USWest
Why are you banned: Missed King Heal
Why you should be unbanned:

Avid LTD player. I'm not arguing missed heal- I did miss it. However, the missed heal wasnt intentional- I had prophet selected and ready to heal but lagged at the last second. 4 day ban for a non intentional missed heal is a but harsh no?

Can I ask for a redued sentence please?

since it seems u had no bad intension, ill reduce the ban to 36hours overall.
just pay more attention from now on!
