Also, currently lumber basing further away increases it's chance of immediate survival (bar pearls which tend towards further corners of the map) as a trade-off for a lower lumber start. Again, another trade-off for players to use in their decision.

I feel like your idea of a perfect ID is every builder the same towers stats and dmg and range and every titan the same 1 nuke 1 heal 1 passive 1 ulti. Literally every suggestion you made in the past made me say exactly this and here we are again with another lets remove the movement speed difference because that will be balanced! No one in dota ever moans because a faster hero steals there lane and I think it matters slightly more than 1/24 bases. lol.....
