Why are you banned: Too many disconnects
Why you should be unbanned: My roommate and I (bigtonk) play every chance we get as you can see. We've lost our girlfriends over dota. We live in the hood in Las Vegas and get disconnected from games. But play a ton of good games in between. You can tell by the scenarios that there was never any type of grieving. I apologize and would like to continue to play. Thanks for all you do. See you back on the battlefield.

There are 2 obstacles in this.
1) Your friend has to appeal for his ban
2) Your friend disconnected from 50% of his latest 10 games. That's waaaaaaaay too much. He (and prolly you too) need to get a reconnection-tool. They are so easy to setup that even I was capable of it.
