I would also like to report several players this game. I was going to RECONNECT, and then:

God.lik3, donbola, iamzealot, and rosethorn dropped me. I reconnected 20 seconds later, and got the message "closed by remote host".

@greatbeyond plz don't talk about matters you have no idea of...

This was a free win for my team. Why I should get dropped, when easy win just because mod says "he's not in bnet", wtf.

@eldiablo270 You cannot report someone disconnecting, when you weren't in the game as a player.

@eldryan The rules don't explicitly say that you have to wait the whole 3 minutes of GProxy's time. Also in normal games, outside lihl, lagging too often and for too long in a game is a reason to be votekicked out of it (which I personally don't support). If you want this changed/overwritten for lihl, you may suggest that in a new topic. Otherwise (iirc after 1.5 minutes, half of the full 3 minutes) people can vote you out.
Also we don't know for a fact that you were about to connect back. Cannot be proven. Otherwise I would warn the violators to not do it again.

@greatbeyond I am highly against making an exception for eldryan and allowing kicks/drops, because his internet is sucky.
Also he reconnected once in the game, so he wont appear as online anymore when you do "/whois eldryanthewise", because his connection to the bnet has been severed. He is just reconnecting to the bot and has to reconnect to bnet after the game is over.

I would advise to not have any observors in the game (vote obs out and for mods to not join those games or leave them), when eldryan is playing 3s or 4s.
