Needed Assistance

Hey! To anyone who can help me, Thank you! (Also thank you for your time) I recently was placed under a seeming to be IP related ban. I would like a staff member help me sort out what we can, or at least help me see my stats. It seems that every game hosted by ENT that I join, I am sent to a separate lobby just stating I am banned. Please Help me:D I love ENT! It is my main source for all the games i play. Thank you for your time.
