Why are you banned: "Votekick abuse"
Why you should be unbanned: I got banned for merely typing "!votekick [username]." The user was not even kicked out of game. What is the issue? The reason for my ban is illogical and outright ridiculous, it should be revoked immediately. Child cries because someone typed !votekick against him and the response of the moderator was to reward this crybaby behavior? My two year old nephew is more manly than that
Unban request

Re: Unban request
THe issue is that you tried to votekick a player with no real reason. Votekick is intended for players who are breaking rules only. No other reason, no joking, etc, as it is considered abuse. Will this happen in the future? What reason do we have to unban you if we believe you will try to force a votekick for no reason after this?
Re: Unban request
How can someone be banned for a rule he didn't know existed? What you're saying is that regardless if the recipient of the !votekick has successfully been kicked or not, you will be banned if the reason for the !votekick was not deemed justifiable. If you ever actually play on the ENT Dota bots, you will see an "unjustifiable" !votekick nearly every single game. This occurs because they do not know this rule even exists. My other account is MyStyle@useast. I've played quite a few games and I have not once heard of this rule. If you promulgate this rule for awareness, a higher rate of players might obey. I should only be banned for consciously committing this offense. Therefore, the reason for my ban is outright ridiculous and should be removed immediately
Re: Unban request
We do announce that the rules can be found at our website, which you have successfully located. You're not giving an indication that you will not repeat this mistake, even if you were ignorant of it in the first place- which I can tell you were. But, like stated before, you aren't showing that you won't do it again.
Can you link us the rules? Tell me what you will do to avoid doing this in the future once you have located the rule in our wiki and linked them to us. The ban will not be lifted until there is an understanding that you will not do this again unless someone is, indeed, committing an offense that is kickable by ENT standards.

Re: Unban request
Mariah, if you didn't get that from my last response, I just said now that I know I won't vote-kick unless it complies with the ENT rules.

Votekick Abuse [3 Days]
Abuse of the votekick system is unsportsmanlike. This feature should only be used on someone who is breaking another rule. The player who initiated the votekick will be banned; the players who voted may or may not be banned, depending on the situation.
That's what the rule says. It does not say anything about what "Abuse" is. The way it's worded make it seem that that ban is only applicable IF THE KICK IS SUCCESSFUL. There is no clause saying abuse means regardless if they get kicked.

Re: Unban request
I think F-train's interpretation of the rule is confusing. From the rules section on the site: http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?title=EntGaming:VKRules. VK rules include: Do not spam !votekick and do not randomly start votekicks or vote without proper reasons. Votekicks are ban-able even if they are not passed. Kicks and bans are enforced based on how severe the rule has been violated. ENT keeps the right to enforce punishments as warning.
In this specific case, one user was banned for 3 days and another was banned for 1 day. You were banned for 1 day, while the other user banned in the game was for 3 days. Not sure why this was true as both users started 1 vk each in the same game vs the same player. Furthermore, from a case in the past F-train did not ban someone for initiating a vk, stating "it did not affect the outcome of the game because it did not pass, therefore no ban". Applying what he said to this game would mean neither of you should have gotten a ban.

Re: Unban request
The other player was banned a longer time due to lying about the reason of the vk, as the player had done nothing. Thats why you got a shorter ban As you had jot lied about vk reasoning- he was lying about something to manipulate others to vote, when nothing had occurred.
There was a time when mods chose when to bban, and sometimes, this does still occur- some take it case by case.
I just want to ensure something like this wont happen again.
If you say it wont, then I will trust that and lift the ban momentarily once I am back on my laptop.

Ban has been lifted
@kakoo
Since you are now aware of the rule, and of what our rules state otherwise, I trust something like this will not happen again. Should another rule-breaking occurrence, well, occur, be ready to explain your actions and explain the steps you will take to have it not happen again.
