Any further thoughts: At around 53:00 game time I noticed that this necro had sold his items, bought a divine, and gone afk at fountain. This was exactly when we were pushing (and then trying to defend base) and led directly to the loss.

Edit: this is a very easy ban. You don't even have to open the replay. The chat log shows that at ~50:00 mins necro says he's done, and you can see the divine in his inventory at the end of the game.

he gets kills after he said he is done ...it looks like he has places to go....I agree if you sit down to play a game reserve an hour to play, but I would not go as far as to say game throwing he wanted to finish it.
Going afk is ban able but for only three min? next selling items to buy other items is not against the rules.
I will leave this up to the mods for further review and to possibly check this players history.

He does not appear to have places to go. He says he is done because the team is "creeping," sells his items to buy a divine rapier on necro (enough for a ban right there), and then AFKs at fountain while we have a chance to throne (and continues to AFK when we have to defend base).

Not a close case.

Really at 48.03 he said he has to leave in 5 min..... selling items and buying rapier is not a ban there is no rule broke unless he purposely feeds the rapier to the other team.
I buy items that i up grake later on in the game buy selling other items I no longer need if thats is a ban then we should ban all ent
Do not teamkill (for example, by blocking, using spells, or destroying/hiding/stealing items). if he would have sold item and bought more and sold again to deplete his gold thats a ban but not to upgrade items howerver useless it may seem.

Selling legit items on a necro to buy a rapier is absolutely bannable by itself. I've seen it many times on this forum. But that's not all he did. He afked intentionally at the most important part of the game. At 48:03 he does not say "I have to go guys, let's end." He says:

That is a very different story, and is consistent with his constant complaining all game and other statements.

I am not defending anyone I dont know him nor have I played with him on that account that I know of
I am saying after he says he is done he still gets another kill.....a lot of players talk smack and say they are dont but at least continue playing for some time.....I agree for banning on afking......not for throwing......yes selling items for rapier and feeding it to the enemy that gets banned alot but not selling items keeping travels and keeping rapier.

Rapier can be a legit upgrade item on plenty of heroes, especially if you're in a hail mary situation. That was not what happened here. Irrelevant that he didn't die after he got the rapier. And who cares if he got a kill? He wasn't trying to win, just KS to hurt the team. You're really stretching here bro. He also has a ban history for similar behavior. This isn't going to look good on your admin app =/

Im not worried what it looks like that is irrelevant to my opinion and its not for you to judge on my admin app.
ksing does not designate game throwing either....and maybe he has been banned in other instances he will be here for going afk I just dont see it for game throwing either way im no longer arguing its a waste of time here we will just let the mods decide they want my oppinon in this and I gave it.....It does not mean I am making the decision.

I didn't say killstealing = gamethrowing. You said that he got a kill after he said he was done, as if that suggests he was not in fact done and therefore was not in fact throwing the game. I was pointing out that his "kill" was not an effort to win the game, it was a further effort to hurt the team. Duhhhh.

No shit the mods will decide. You're just wrong beyond wrong.

After reviewing:

Banning RuffPuppy@useast.battle.net for 6 days (2nd offense on afk). About him selling items & buying rapier - can be due to the fact if it got to the point where he was kicked, his team would only have rapier and no gold/items to use besides it, still he dind't fed rapier or anything, simply went afk.
