Re: Poll about one specific rule .
@greatbeyond I find it a bit ridiculous that you try to discredit @eldiablo270 's argument by reducing it to a 'personally motivated intrigue'. He provides a set of objective arguments to back up his argument while you keep claiming that it's a personal offence. You've used that argumentative strategy ever since when a suggestion or a factual funded critique is not in your gusto. Furthermore, the interim poll result (11-7 for change rule) shows that a vast majority of the (forum active) LIHL players sees the need for action aswell. So please take the critique pragmatically and try to find a mutually acceptable compromise.
Just my 2 cents.

Re: Poll about one specific rule .
There is nothing wrong about the rule as it is.
the way i see it, going through the post's in this topic, the problem is not the rule, but rather the current mods for some reason.
and that confuses me, cause if you don't trust a mod, then there really should be no reason for that person to be a mod.
the standard requirements for being a mod is basically the same regardless of what you are are moderating.
-be unbiased
-be trustworthy
-be fair
and instead of making all this drama about a rule that there is nothing wrong with, you should instead try and solve the real problem that you obviously have, wich is, wether or not a specific person should still be a moderator or not, so we can get it over it, and move on. instead of just keep ignoring the real issue, and keep making senseless drama.
I personally have 100% trust in whoever is mod, and if i should ever experience some wrong doing by a current mod, i would bring it up immediatly no doubt about it.
Peace-

The current poll shows 2 things
1. Players don't like/trust the current mods.
2. The rule (as with most of the previous rules) should not have been changed.
From what I recall, there was never a written obs rule for LIHL before. The current obs rule was added as we made ss test and obsing 5 games a vouch requirement + survey showed that lihl people wanted more ss tests during game + after a drama post between ilo and someone (i think) where I posted that if even one person does not want obs, obs should be kicked. We made an exclusion for mods and those who want to get vouched...for obvious reasons. = selfish rule? really?
Active lihl mods are nore and heal atm. From reading this topic, it seems heal dont obs often, but nore does. So, all this complaint about not allowing a mod to moderate ingame while obs is because of nore whom some of you seem to not trust and suspect him to ghost?
The rule itself is fine. If you guys want to revert a change based on your survey response, ok.
I dont understand why people cant just ask nore to not obs and tell him head on that they dont trust him or would feel a lot more comfortable with their game without an obs. Get some balls.
Re: Poll about one specific rule .
If i understood correctly, mods can not be kicked from obs spot because they moderating the games .
- So , when we playing without any mods on obs , do we playing a game less equitable ? :
I never heard someone QQ because we have no mods on obs , if someone broke a rule , players report like pubs games , which proves, as i said previously , mods have no impact in game.
Currently , the mod using this obs spot is nore, and the only work he has done was a ss test 2seasons before this rule was not yet in force.
So mods are not essential for a fair game , therefore they should have the same status as the other players and should be kicked if and only if someone want.
it has already been doing previously, but it takes refuge behind this rule , and players must suffer his presence .
So the most important thing is the most important thing is to let the free will about obs spots
Regards

Re: Poll about one specific rule .
The mods aren't obsing to correct rules being broken. Players can report each other. Mods obs to take ss tests.
voted no.
voted no.
Re: Poll about one specific rule .
Already as i said about ss test it's 1 about 1000 and i think we should agree to send it on 1 mod ent forum so we can also make ss test without any mods on obs spot.
It's pretty obvious mhker wont mh when mods on obs spot but free when they don't.
So with that idea ss test can be on all games .

Re: Poll about one specific rule .
The suggestion you just made @eldiablo270 was on last survey about every player being able to ask for ss test. Its an idea but what happens when players get qq each other and start to demand ss every game that would be my fear lol. If you feel that a moderator is ghosting or damaging the game play I would suggest providing an example to help further your goal.

Re: Poll about one specific rule .
Nore, it's really not fair to try to discredit this thread as a personal vendetta. The vote shows that Don is not the only one who dislikes the current rule. On top of that, you really can't expect Don to be friendly with you after you go around saying stuff like this:
![Image](https://imageproxy.entgaming.net/http://puu.sh/jnV4a/2480d8a5f7.jpg)

![Image](https://imageproxy.entgaming.net/http://puu.sh/jnV7U/488e2ab6b4.jpg)
From what I've seen Don never went around insulting your entire race/religion like you did to him.

'' french muslim who never had done anything but drugs and play games his whole live ''
I think a moderator should have more respect for the players.
and the players should have respect towards the moderators.
I do not see either of them.

Do not try to argue with an idiot. First takes you to his level, then he beat you with experience.
Re: Poll about one specific rule .
@healbycolor why players should get qq each other and start to demand ss every game when they could already do it when we have mod on obs ?
And i said like 5times here , on 1000games i played we got only 1 .
So i don't understand, why should they start now ?
Well about that screenshot , everythings is say ( this is not an adequate behavior to have when you are moderator)
So because he make a ss test 1/1000games ( and i already find a solution about it and it's rather better since we can get ss test unexpectedly ) , he must keep the immunity about that obs spot?
Adding suspition about him for ghosting and toxicity on obs spot,
I don't think it is positive to the community , and maybe if it has the same rights as others it will begin to behave well for fear of being kick.

Re: Poll about one specific rule .
You can flame me as you want nore , but the problem is your flame in game when you are obs and supposed to ''moderating games '' that's usually distract me and you are not able to do it..
Another thing, as you can see on the first ss , he was mad at me because i did that poll, ask to the community with a survey deserves all that flame u did from obs spot on lobby and on games, it's a good exemple , if he had the same rights than all players , he couldn't do it otherwise he would be kicked.
So like i said previously , i don't think 1 for 1000games to ss test need all that mess .
Anyways let's the community decide with that poll .
Long live democracy !!
Peace

Re: Poll about one specific rule .
My opinion about this.
Only legitimate reason that I can see why moderators have obs priority and kick immunity is because of the "Screenshot Procedure".
However, if the moderators are not enforcing this procedure, and as eldiablo270 has pointed out, he has been asked to produce 1 screenshot in the 1000games he has played. I don't see a reason why moderators should take priority over other LIHL players that are actively playing/engaging in the lihl community.
Unless the moderators are going to actively enforce SS procedures, atleast 1-2 a week, I would take a look at the majority votes on the poll and find a way to devise a fairer system.

unless the mod has a concern and is doing his job ( such as reviewing a new trial vouch, mh ... ) then he can refuse your request and enforce the rule.
Yeah. If a mod is doing his job (aka moderating) he should obviously take the obs-spot and imo a mod is ALWAYS doing his job if he obs, cause he will always watch out for rulebreaking/mh/... .
Imo there is nor legit reason, why one of the mods shouldnt be allowed to obs, as long as u dont play with eld and he lags like hell

Re: Poll about one specific rule .
So I just got unvouched here for kicking obs in my game.
https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=85&t=66090
He lied about the main reason for his kick and just banned me but that doesn't really matter. The main issue is that he is forcing me to be in games with him when he constantly abuses me and is toxic all the time. If he signed the game then I have the option to unsign but I can't really avoid him if he wants to obs games now can I?
I thought it was common courtesy to leave games if people don't want you there?
