Time for dc penalty request

As I see, people is using the dc penalty to get revange against someone or to win a season, or to make someone you dont like go to bot
My idea is simple, you have 24 hours to request a dc penalty ( only players on game can request it ) or the player that dc wont get the dc anymore!
I already suggest that but seeing what is happening, i would like to put this in a poll again =)

Yea people go qq and find stuff about people you need to be in the game to report. as the dc has nothing to do with you so why should u be reporting.

Can we get this policy in motion? I've seen a couple of DC reports from an individual that ranged from 3-4 days before the day he actually reported.

I will enforce this rule from now on. Not gonna handle any dc pen req. older than 24hours. They will just be deleted.
