He has been given chances time and time again, obviously, and here he is, still doing what he has done previously. If he is so 'stressed out', he needs to take a break from the game for a while.

Well I've warned him, many other players have warned him, the admins have warned him but he still refuses to play by the rules. At this point, I don't really have any sympathy anymore. And as for Jiminy's claim that I have a personal vendetta against him, my attitude towards jiminy has nothing to do with my ban request. I don't actively sought out people to ban. Banning is just the neccessary evil it seems to stop the bad behavior.

Do not spam !votekick and do not randomly start votekicks or vote without proper reasons. Votekicks are ban-able even if they are not passed

im pretty sure jiminy have read the rules tons of times but still his immaturity about his "5000 games and none of his vk have passed"
I consider his votekicks per games spams/annoying/irritating/abused and never a real legitimate reasons. imo his ban on vk abuse should've been longer and unappealable
why jiminy only have a few report on votekick abuse? because not everyone have the time to report something so small, only the regular lod players are tired of jiminy's bullshits that's why he get so few report.
what nabo. and uakf.b said in the past is irrelevant to the rules that are always updated to get the games more clean.
if ur really stress out by playing games then stop playing games? games are meant to be fun and pass the time, I don't know how u or other players are stressing over games for.
please stop trying to go around the rules saying stuff like u know that the votekick will never pass and those kind of bullshits.
there is that saying.... if u don't have anything nice to say then don't say it at all

i believe he should be unban. Mostly every games has the one vk that doesnt pass. It's not like he was ban for mh. i think he's learn his lesson. lol.

vk in every game is breaking the rules, as stated by Mariah. doenst matter if he passed them or not..

if you want proof hes toxic and bad tempered just go look at all his failed brqs for mh and whatever else.. he's done several on me, and they all never pass. he even states in the last one he knows i'm not a mher, but just trolling.. and he only does that AFTER i post proof.. kid needs a lesson in humility, which is hard to serve online, but bans are a start.

@F-Train I think this has gone on long enough. He's been banned for a couple of days now for something that in general ENT doesn't ban for. I understand he's done it more than once but seriously, this is a bit drastic considering it has 0 impact on the game. He contributes a bunch to the community in ban requests and catching map hackers. Don't you think it's about time he was unbanned because 5 days is ridiculous.

Here's your dilemma. There are plenty of quotes I can pull from admins all saying on ban requests that this has 0 impact on the game and not banning for that reason. There's plenty of arguments that have happened about this and they have all been responded to by admins with the same 0 impact speech. So who should jiminy listen to? The admins who constantly say that it has 0 impact on the game? Or the mods who are by definition lower in the chain with less authority who keep telling him to stop?

At the end of the day all he is doing is typing something in chat. It has no affect on the game. If all these people want to get butthurt over someone typing a command that has NO AFFECT on their game then they should listen to this lovely nabo. quote:

Well, this has been going on and on for a while now: Yes you have been banned in the past for this offense, and yes,it's your 3rd time in a short amount of time - However i do believe you've learned your lesson (For abusing votekick command, but mostly and most important, about your general behaviour, which leads in the end to these situations), so i'm unbanning you at this time.
