Ban Request from H-D

I am submitting this on behalf of H-D for further review as I have found no maphacking evident on QQnoob's part.
H-D has admitted to maphacking himself as to whether he is banned or not I do not know but I will be fair and do as he requests.
This form was filled out by H-D except I have put up the replay that he sent me.

Any further thoughts: I was going bot to gank him/save orge and on the way its quite obvious of the way he was backing passively. He was running back to fountain then randomly stops and trys to get the regen in the river, so i backed to get the regen and he runs to side shop and tp's out....its like he knew a rune was there too hmmm....fishy.

QQnoob is the one who submitted the ban request. So you're saying H-D has admitted to maphacking so should I ban him? I do not understand your request at all. Please do not submit requests on behalf of another player. If a player would like to submit a replay or ban request he/she can do so him/her self.

I think since H-D himself has or atleast said? he map hacks, also he agreed to help a map hacker by going ursa therefore using unfair advantages to the other team.

H-D is trying to get me banned too because he thought i was maphacking when i clearly wasn't... at 14:30 if you click on my hero.. i had vision of him when he was trying to gank me bot.. turn on fog of war and you'll see.. this kid is just mad he got caught for maphacking and is now perma banned along with his friend... he even ADMITS HE MAPHACKED LOL in his own ban request

0Nomad0 is saying that he could find no evidence of QQNoob maphacking, so is posting H-D's ban request here for another game modaretor to review. If someone can confirm that QQNoob had vision then this ban request can be closed (denied).

He told me he tried to register though he got no activation email so that he could not actually submit any form.
I wouldn't normally submit another persons account, if you want further evidence of H-D wanting such a form I could send the emails he sent [though I think that is an invasion of privacy] or you could get the account from H-D, Lebron_James or QQnoob.

What I want is a second opinion from someone experienced in dota who could further explain who was maphacking in that game other then H-D in particular QQnoob that is who H-D has accused of hacking.
H-D asked for my help as a shaman of ENT and I chose to help him as he said that there was "admin corruption" on QQnoob's part, that H-D believes QQnoob hacked while playing that match and that we have a system in place to submit ban requests and to investigate such accusations.

H-D is clearly just mad that someone went through with a ban request on him. Its literally nothing more than that. QQNoob had vision, and this should be closed and moved to processed.
