Should observers only get kicked if they lagg or disturb the game by pinging/trash talking?

Yes, observers need a protection.

The problem is: Many ppl kick obs only cause they don't like them. That's disgusting. I find the only legitimate reason to kick an observer should be if they disturb the game.
