Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 15min-20min ingametime it's first noticed by us. they clearly know it by the way the speak in chat, they refuse to !draw the game.
Any further thoughts:
they know meepo is bugged and when peolpe is killed by him they won't respawn unless they buy back. first time noticed by us around 15min into the game, don't know if it has to do with meepo getting scepter.
so I guess to not use bug people have to repick meepo,


that map is so flawed in so many ways, no clue to why you chose to host it on all your servers.

Out of the last 5 games sayhi2yourmum this is the only time he played meepo so it not like he is purposely exploiting a glitch. yes they could have drawn the game. I do not see it as enough to ban someone over just figuring this out.

It's already part of the rules + there was an ingame announcement placed referring to refrain from playing/picking meepo (They could have repicked meepo in this case as well)
