Antistucking units in level 10

Hey guys,

situation is:
Level 10, 1 guy holds 10 other 3 leaking
then one of these leaking guys antistucks holders units because he wants "share gold"

Is this ok or against rules?

DId he antistuck them while on lane so they would not return to catching area? -> Ban
Did he antistuck them in mid without the holder wanting it? -> Ban
Did he antistuck them in mid and the holder was fine with it? -> Could be ok, depends on circumstances

Can't anti stuck someone else's units without permission.
