Name: Greg
Age: 23
Game moderator specialty (see below for choices): ENT Moderator
Brief introduction: Besides coming on to game, I enjoy going to the beach, running, swimming, and trying out different craft beers.
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate): A few hours a day, sometimes more than others.
What is your current time zone: EST
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: I was a "Veteran Federal Justice" for THR (throneit) many years back. That is equivalent to the rank just under admin. I specialized in Dota maphacking cases, and was responsible for training new mods on methods in catching maphackers, as well as overseeing and managing the other mods. With that said, I already have experience with DRM.
Why do you want to become a game moderator: I would like to help clear up the ban requests to ensure ENT rules are enforced so that gameplay may be optimized to the fullest.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community: I am an experienced player, and will be able to assist in all types of LTD and Dota ban requests.
Closing Statement: I hope to be able to help out the ENT community to ensure the best gaming experience.
Here are a few ban requests I recently assisted in:

Re: KinG23@USEast
knows how to use tools, active on chat/forum/ban requests, overall behaviour looks good, usually asks if he has doubts (may it be about rules or anything else).
Any special reason why you don't use FCD while reviewing replays? Even though it can give you false-positive clicks, you still get a log of all the clicks that occur, and then you can check/confirm with DRM -> Makes it easier in my opinion, and saves you time.
From all the recent posts, will just mention this two as a sidenote:
https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.p ... 61#p276861 -> Their score (!sd) shouldn't really matter much to the case.
https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.p ... 65#p274365 -> "So many 1200 players would have reacted the same way as Rock. If this is considered excessive flaming, then have fun banning every player in 1200 lol. !unban" You should always pay attention on their behaviour, and the impact that may have resulted from it; We do not ban every type of flaming (Mostly excessive, racist) and it can be !ignored as well, however just cause this can be done, it doens't mean we're promoting a flaming community either.
TL;DR My only concerns so far are regarding your activity (It's good, but kinda recent to judge - so maintain it ), start using all tools which may help you (It's your choice if you prefer not to use FCD, but you will waste more time searching for fogclicks than someone who is using it while reviewing + there might be other hackers in the same game you're reviewing which you might not detect), and i also believe you can take more time getting to know rules/overall knowledge.
I'm standing neutral for now (most likely a positive neutral)
Good luck on the app! =) and feel free to ask in case you have doubts

Re: KinG23@USEast
Helpful with ban requests, has knowledge on how to use tools, is very friendly and has a good attitude, and is very active on forum and chat. Overall, I think he'd make a nice addition to staff. Only concern would be the recent pickup of activity. Maintain it, as Hyo said, and you have my full support! Good luck!

You have a favourite beer?
How long have you been part of ENT? Any particular likes/dislikes?
Would like to see more mh reviews, dota brq reviews, and more instances of drm usage.

Re: KinG23@USEast
@Hyo Due to the ripe inaccuracies associated with FCD, I haven't used them often, but will give it a shot to try to simplify and expedite ban requests. My recent activity stems from the act of seeing all the ban requests, knowing I can help out.
@nabo. Favorite beer: Sam Adams Octoberfest, best craft beer is Spaten Octoberfest.
I have been a part of ENT for probably 3-4 months. I started playing after I gave Legion TD a shot since it was all over the custom games list. Since then, I have been hooked! One of my particular likes is on the LTD 1200 bot. It's fun playing a few games every night with the same people. Only dislike I have is that the game doesn't automatically draw if someone desyncs at the start, and never even makes it to the game. In regular pub games, I don't see this being drawed very often.

@king23
Maybe ill get to try those beers in the future.
fcd is an approximate click indicator and drm tells u the accurate click time. We simply use fcd to know where to check. Only drm clicks are accepted when confirming mh.

Definetly a good addition to the team. He knows how to use the tools it seems, and behaves very good (as far as i experienced) ... also he is active in the chat.
The only minus i see, is that he got no clue about beer, but thats ok since he isnt from Germany or Czech.

Re: KinG23@USEast
I don't see any problem with this candidature.
(+)Active on chat / Brq section
(+)Friendly
(+)Seems knowledgeable with LTD/DotA rules (even if I'd rather you to use FCD)
(+)Seen him around forum/games for a while
(-) Maybe you get a little bit too excited in-game (attitude wise), from what I recall
(-)Other than that, the only thing I see is that you picked up your activity just recently. I rly wasn't expecting your app that soon. Maybe would have been better to wait 4-5 more days so that we could learn to know you better.
I will stand neutral for now, I have yet to learn a little more about you
I still wish you good luck in your app!

Yeah, it's installed. I have been using it as a frame of reference today.

Overall positive impression. I am sure the staff will help you with tools and cases.
So all what's left is stressing on HazarDous's claims:
* remain active
* handbook should further specify the attitude thing
Approved.
