[Update] NWU 1.3.9m

Hotfix version for bugs, balance, and revamp.
New developer got excited and wanted to update within 1 day, sorry @uakf.b and thanks very much.
@nabo. Yes I'm taking over NWU now too :D How about I take over everything?

Lots of random bugs and things not working properly in the current one appeared, this one is much more stable and balanced.

@nabo. NWU is now open source and since I know all the black magic of it I will continue contributing a bit ;)
But yeah @Halibel is going to be the main developer from now.

Also, we're moving this map to dota2 reborn :o
