There isnt a problem with 5 vouch = accept. If 5 league players believe someone is fit, giving a trial is reasonable. I do not check every vouch request(it is not my job), so if this person was vouched simply based on good attitude, i hope he will do ok in lihl and not tk.

The person you vouch for is someone who will play in games with you. If you are going to vouch, all im saying is, you should believe he will be up to standards. Idc if he plays 1200 bot often. That is not what matters.

If you believe vouch requirement procedure should be changed, feel free to post a suggestion.

When you are vouching for someone to a league, you should be vouching mainly for his skills. Is he up to the league's standards or not? Then, perhaps mention about his overall attitude or ingame behaviour as a plus.

Therefore, instead of mere statements such as "he is a nice guy" or "...fun dude to play with", elaborate bit more.

I agree with what u wrote above, however that should not be towards me. Few lihl players said I am good or experienced player, not only willing to learn with good attitude. Let me just say I wish u having only such noobs vouching for league as me.

Not everybody has a mother tongue for english, nor educated in english to the extent of understanding it fluently. Also some people are not forum savvy for that matter either. I don't think your comment is necessary, and doesn't help in the slightest.
