Best Way to Titan?

I would like to know how people play there titan especially from someone like Burn like What Abilities do you get in order? Where do you always pearl first or is it random? Do you sell your ankh? Tips on breaking bases? and what Items do you get first or does it depend if theres an early base or what, thank you all Tips would be useful I want to be able to Pubstomp as Titan, which I usally do until theres a DB with 4 supporters

I play my titan farming mid with FC until I make supports feed 2k+ in just walls.

Simplified titan guide:

Basics;
Position pearls on as many spots as you can
Pearl in fog of war
Don't buy shitty items like msog, mirror, or fc
Don't let minion die, be catious vs demonoligists
don't let builders get more than 44g each
sell ankh

Abilities: Nuke, invis, nuke, heal, heal, unique, heal, heal, ulti
Minion: nuke/heal, invis, nuke/heal, nuke/heal, nuke/heal, nuke/heal, ulti, nuke/heal (choose heal if you can siege the base, choose nuke if you need it in order to siege the base)

Items; Titanic wards, SRAS, LE, rest is luxury but get damage items if builders have strong walls

Sieging,
Group heroes in 3 different ctrl groups
1 = main titan
3 = 2 nuke minions
4 = the rest of your minions (they should have maxed heal)

have a floater over the base
threaten to nuke as builders comes into nukeable position
shift click main titan to attack walls
micro manage the rest of your minions
