He doesn't send with the rest of the team on lvl 2, when asked, he apologized and said he was texting his girlfriend.

Next level, he doesn't build (has 180g), presumably AFK, no response from him. We were forced to kick him and draw the game.

I wouldn't mind if he had to go AFK, but the fact that he didn't tell us that he was going AFK or that he had to go shows no consideration for the other members in that game.

Yes, she was texting me already for an hour because she needed help, but I was gaming and had music on so I didn't notice. Then during loading screen of this game I checked phone and saw it, so I tried to build in time but I had to leave anyway. And I failed to communicate properly.

Doubt this would have been reported if mick explained himself better before going afk.

Unvouched 4 hours as a warning since it got reported. Dont think its cd penalty worthy.
