By afking, you do not disturb the game flow for others; by lagging, you actually pause the game for all players.
Information, Rules, Guides and everything else you need to know about ENT is on the ENT Wiki.

It would have been best if a separate thread was made as a suggestion.

Anyway,
After a player has been away from the keyboard longer than 5 minutes (use !afk to check), he can be kicked without question.

Thoughts:
-!kick command was removed
-We have added the command !afk which shows anyone who is afk over 2 minutes.
-Every level is approximately 2 minutes.
-5 min mentioned here simply means that players should not wait for someone who is afk for more than 5 minutes and can be kicked without questions after 5 min. If majority of players are understanding and wish to wait for the afk pausing the game, great.

Prob should change this rule note to:
Players should not go afk for more than 2 levels (approx. 4 minutes). Use !afk to check afk status.

------------------------------------------------------------
As for Gproxy:

Now that we have made Gproxy kinda mandatory and since this is a league, I would agree with Diablo in making some type of rule for not voting to kick someone who is in "reconnecting state".

Thoughts:
-In pub, players can vk someone lagging any time, legit. In league, we can change this. However, how long wait is enough? The stated 80 seconds? or the full 180 seconds?
-If its the full 180 seconds, we can either make a rule saying something like "you may not vote to kick a player reconnecting via Gproxy." Or, I am not sure who, but ask ilo or other gproxy tweaker to change the after-80-seconds-gproxy-allowed-to-votekick to 180 seconds. Maybe we gotta ask uak instead dunno.
-It seems obs voted to kick in this case, which should not have happened. Obs can no longer vote to votekick, but I guess we gotta do something here.
For now,
Edited this rule:
Observers must not comment on strategies or ghost.
to
Observers are prohibited from voting, commenting on strategies, and ghosting.

It is an unwritten rule not to drop players unless they are heavily disturbing the game by lagging (this wasn't the case). Going to deny this request and we'll work out something in writing.

We have the discretion to use a bit of common sense for things that have been around for 10 seasons.
