There should be a 0 tolerance policy on flamin as it's hurtful to the game experience. You might say use !ignore but that only works 1 game and the flaming is cross game

Like I wrote in your other ban request, the flaming has to be excessive for us to take action. For now just use the !ignore command and you won't be able to see their insults. All I saw him write was "tard", which is not considered excessive. Being on the internet you have to expect this kind of behavior from people and you have a tool to ignore them if you can't deal with their insults.
