Botched ban requests

Hello, this is in regard to some civ wars ban requests that were 100% botched. This illustrates why it is important to have a civ wars player handle these requests.

First off, those two players, takumi.jp and toyota, are the same. he is well known as touge in the civ wars community for being a very volatile and annoying player. Which brings me to the takumi.jp ban request.

I didnt realize starting votekick for an uncooperative player was breaking a rule or abuse in any way.

this is a 100% lie, I can't believe you guys even have a mod who would believe this excuse nowadays. @Hyo clearly didn't watch the replay because just look at the rhetoric beforehand:

Clear abuse, and you are punishing satan for doing what he is supposed to do (by ignoring him) by not banning takumi.jp. This toxicity is every game with this player. Which brings me to the toyota ban request:

Can't really blame him for the loss or refusal to play, when you teamkill your ally, by refusing to help him, denied.

No, no, no ,no NO! This must be a joke! OF COURSE you can blame him for the loss just look at how he plays starting at ~8:00. It's his fault! He double techs library, deacts everything, markets, then you are expecting the MID to keep him alive as he throws the game?! @supersexxy you know the game can you weigh in please? Even green agreed this game that it was toyota's own fault:

Next time providing the correct timestamps will avoid these type of situations (Also i believe i'm quite a reasonable person, so PM'ing about it and telling me the same you just posted, would have been enough as you can see in the link mentioned).
