we aware of the technical issues ENT is having at the moment. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do for you as our provider - their data center, to be precise - is experiencing an outage due to damaged fiber cables.

hi @aRt)y i just joined an nwu and was not aware of the lag issue. Everyone from the match dc'd one by one, including myself. I am only posting to make sure i wont gain a loss and lose elo due to this issue. Thanks. My name was "Pornhub.com" in [ent] nwu -sdsm #93 i believe.

If the issue is that bad, then a complete rollback of stats recorded since the issue began might be preferable.

It is highly unlikely that ENT is gonna alter stats. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Finally some news.

We still don't have an ETA regarding the repairs on the existing fiber.

However, it's been confirmed that 2 out the 3 new pairs of the Eastern route (which were being setup) are now usable. We are working with our providers in order to get a full connection as quickly as possible: the only cross-connect linking us to our provider (in Montreal) is currently missing.

Meaning, connection might be restored soon. (No guarantee.)

Situations seems to be solved by our provider, so connection should stabilize in the next few hours.
