Juz searched the forum for posts/ game replays from this ID: @SDKev858

His accounts: blgmacwh1tekld, f0ckyurm0m2much, lf0ckyurass (from these IDs you can somewhat understand his behaviors listed below)

Some facts:
1. Historically he has had a habit of flaming from the start of the game all the way to the end and blaming all other 9 players;
2. Most of his ban requests were rejected;
3. 45.86% win rate and 0.7 kdr (Account "blgmacwh1tekld");
4. Excessive claims of map hacks;
5. Banned a few times:

From all these we can easily see that he has been dedicated to make others' games miserable experience, both in and after games.

He all time solo but the best part was on about 50 min. He let me die all the time without helping. I have a few situations like that. On 50 min jugger harass me. Soybean was close i think (300 range) to us and he back on 25 lvl with full items, mana, hp etc. All the time he do that.

U can play with Soybean because for 95% u win the game. We play well but for now i never again go fight with him. I dont wanna die for him and his ks.
Looks like he was untouchable here like enchantress.
He is just familliar to Hope_solo ^^

and you know one instance of suspicious play is not enough to ban a player for a year
and as i have told you a 100 times before if you think someone is map hacking dont cry it out in the middle of the game it makes him play more cautiously keep your mouth shut and let him make more mistakes with his map hack so we can legitimately catch and ban him......now if you have more instances than just one for me to review I will be glad to do it for you, but I would like more detail as to where you were at on the map and did you review the game yourself to make sure there were not any wards?
if you are willing to supply more instances please feel free to open a new case as for this at this time it is denied.
