Delaying king from hitting creeps!

Many players use stomp on range lvls to delay, or use sw not hitting creeps on purpose ofc also to delay.
"Do not juggle the king preventing or delaying him from attacking or killing units"
"or delaying him from attacking or killing units": I understand that is obvious u can not do anything to delay king, so what I wrote above should be bannable.

Ent18 rule:
"Do not change the king's target to delay killing, except to kill higher priority targets such as sent units or low hp units"
lihl rule:
"Do not juggle the king preventing or delaying him from attacking or killing units"

I think it is clear the idea was to prevent players to take ANY actions that would delay king from killing creeps!

This is LIHL not ent18 , there was 2 moderators on this game and told you that , but you still open a topic ?

It's not bannable here, and I am against making it bannable here in LIHL. Go play pubs if you're having so many problems in LIHL.

This topic was brought up internally before as we were considering to be strict with (minor) juggling and time stalling.

LIHL staff has decided not to take actions on king skill usage based on current plays.

by the way i always "juggle" on round 7 with stomp and hit every unit once and kill them all at the same time with the 4th stomp since its simply the best way to handle this round and saves heals often.
by the current rule this would be banable as well since you prevent him from killing but you dont gain time or money it shouldnt be banable at all.
sure i had never a report for this but just in case i want to clarify it.

I was planning add a note about changing target and use skill to kill on rule page. Will add something soon. Thank you for mentioning.

The idea of that rule was to prevent delaying king to kill. It is obvious ur actions made the killing as fast as possible and save the heal. So we can say in that case there was no faster way to kill creeps that to juggle the king. If any1 would ban u for that i think he did not think about purpose of the rule.

Since this is something that players already have been doing so for a long time, I wont make an announcement. If you have better wording, suggest.

in general you could abuse to switch the focus to a lower hp unit while you already 1 hit the creeps of the current round to interrupt the king animation.
rarely see this but would prefer to add an expection for it like "expect you already one shot the current wave" or what ever.
the rest of the phrasing should be clear yes.

Since you one hit, should not matter which target u change to as long as your king attack animation is smooth. If not, it will be considered minor juggling. Players do change targets from a creep on the far left to a creep on the far right to stall some time (which is allowed).

Maybe I understood your scenario wrong.
