I logged in game and about 4-5 seconds before countdown tii the game starts, i leave.The game doesnt start for me, i dont see no scree, i contiune being logged in battlenet and suddenly im banned because of the bugged, poor constructed game.Not only i m banned for no reasoo, not only takes 10-12 hours for ENT moderatos to see my ban witch will end in 3 hours, im gonna lose my ELO too.
Anything but an imediate ban removed and elo restored in unaccetable.
Am i going to have to w8 10-12 hours to play?
Isnt there any way to protect ourselfves from systmes bugs?

@Madeofmetal Leaving on late countdown is a player's own fault/responsability - If you wish to leave a game, leave before countdown begins and you will certainly avoid these situations (Also don't alt tab while exiting a game's lobby, cause warcraft may not not register that action, and you're still kept inside that lobby).

Regarding moderation, we all have our own life, and we volunteer our time, so sometimes, you may have to wait for a bit longer - Generally appeals are processed on a reasonable time (Note: posting an appeal does not guarantee an unban at any time).

We don't revert game stats, so to prevent this all you have to do is leave the game sooner and not on late countdown (Note: You can leave the game on latecountdown, but it will be your own responsability/fault if this situation happens).

So will you pay more attention in the future when you wish to leave a lobby?

The ban is actually given by ENT and not blizzard,so im appealing against ENT
What is countdown, if not a warning for someone to decide his actions? I Dont understand why this is disreagarded by ENT gaming, should someone missclicks, or lose attention for a brief moment, his phone rings, an emergency occcurs, etc he should be punished and avenged?
I was waiting untill last possible second ( beofre countdown ) for my friend to join, and since noone left, i left to join another game.
I left at a decent time, 4 seconds before game begins.Why have a countdown, if there is no use for it? I thank you for such a rapid response, but mainting this ban and ruining the rest of my DAY, even though you did saw interest in my appeal, is making me outraged.I truly find it hard to accept that i performed an action worthy of punishment, as if i did something, that punishment might make me think twice before doing it again

@Madeofmetal Players are able to leave during countdown, however leaving during countdown is strongly not advised since not everyone has a good pc/connection, and therefore when you exit on late countdown, you can still get pulled inside the game and be instantly disconnected (as it happened in your case) - reason why we won't assume responsability for players who decide to leave on late countdown.

Rather play safe, and leave before countdown begins (or slightly after it began), than waiting for the last second, so that you can avoid these situations.

Thank you again for your attention and concern, an action well noted on my behalf.
Its near impossible for someone to predict he might end up with a 3 hour ban, just for leaving while countdown.
I'll deal it with it from now on.Would it be possible to reduce my ban to 16:00 which my friends ban also ends and keep the remaing hours as probation ( im not sure whether if there is that possibiltiy or accessible means ) but i was really looiking forward to play with my friend today.

@Madeofmetal Ye, autoban system is not something you can measure/calculate, since its automatically applied by the system, taking in consideration several values, which include stay %, left %, amount of autobans (total, and lately), how long were you ingame (example: leaving at 1 minute of a 20 mins game, won't have the same impact as leaving at 1 minute of a 50 minutes game). Just be more careful in the future, and avoid leaving during lategame countdown and you should be fine =]
