Just posting here to summarize this trial vouch since LIHL has this new section open up now. Many replies in these threads show the general consensus in the LIHL community.

Even though not required to draw if someone drops past level 20, Lord-Miles does not draw when Thandrin drops at level 22 even though his team had lower values and income than ours. Common sportsmanship for a league to draw in this scenario. Every other game I have played in this scenario has been drawn in the past.

Summary so far: The majority of the league feels that Lord-Miles is not quite fit for LIHL at this time. Personally, I do not see much progression or willingness to take advice since Lord-Miles has started his trial vouch. I support an unvouch. With that said, I will gladly support Lord-Miles' application in the future on a reapply if the replays he posts show improvement over his current level now.

I have some concerns about Lord-Miles, mainly his Elo and the reports other players make, but I have played a handful of games with/against him and I enjoyed the games. Friendly player, willing to learn, very active and he won more 2v2 games than he lost vs me (I know this doesn't say a lot 
). From what I've seen, I think his skill is okay and he is improving. I will go ahead and support for a permanent vouch.

Aside from a few players that have some drama with him, he plays ok. He may not be a highly skilled player in the league but he is not as bad as many may have imagined him to be.
Overall:
He´s very active.
He´s borderline skillwise at the moment
He´s improving
He communicates well when players are cool to him (although he answers flames with flame, maybe something both parties should work on)
His timing sometimes may be off but this comes with experience.
He can fail with some builds (builders) but this isn't something unique to him.
Thus he will stay vouched
