Any further thoughts: He first tries to disguise his maphack with pearl when i first go create shelters around 7 mins in, after i hear pearl/see i leave base and hide leaving shelters. he doesnt go for feed. he continues to the right side of map then notices on his maphack minimap a dot going to the base again and turns around to come at me (broken fountain base). Please ban him has he as most likely banned for all of his over 400+ games. Thank you.

Ill look on this when i get home if no1 lookd already but what you say, he pearls around fountain base, you run away, he keep going for right of the map but he might have seen feed from earlier pearls, so he went first for right map feed then he went to ur base? As i say, i havent lookd into this just guessing...

Mat didn't have any fog clicks. I don't think that Dabn's return to the fountain base after it being scouted merits Jimbo as a mher. Also I didnt see any true evidence of Mat completely changing his movements just to lock on the Dabn's base in construction. I do believe the lobby was worked up about the word "mh" as it was mentioned in the lobby several times before and /allchat accusations were made.

Other thoughts: Finally his 3rd attempt to IJ works, keep up the practice Jimbo

This instance does not prove map hack to me, really saw nothing out of the ordinary. If you would like to add more instances, feel free to repost.
