Situation: Banned for gaming ruining

Why you should be unbanned: You banned me for game ruining because my network dropped? Cyber quotes a guy in chat that says i PP'd and bans me. I didn't PP, I never played another game after that. My internet was down for the rest of the night. It's unfair I get banned for my network dropping and then cyber takes someone elses word just because they said I pp'd doesnt mean I did.

and I'm aware that I was flaming, but the person who I was flaming constantly flames me as well. Like someone said we all have the opportunity to use the !ignore command. So If I'm gonna get banned for flaming that's stupid. Why don't you ask cyb3r to use his slime program and pull up the pm's the other player was sending me. If I'm going to be banned for flaming he better be banned too. Because that's just not fair and cyb3r is picking favorites.

Alright here's why I'm not unbanning you and I'm going to explain my reasoning in detail though I'm in favor of reducing it:

First Look at this from the lobby:

Technically you're doing the same thing(being an internet thug) after he only started on you with one chat message in which you didn't have to respond but instead you chose to go on threatening to beat his ass, and hoping he dies, which is hardcore flaming and breaking the rules, not to mention it shows immaturity. On a side note I've gotten into my fair share of fist/internet fights and I have won most of them so you must know that he's not going to meet up with you so you basically threatened him for no reason and continued to go off on him based off of one posting. I can link you the lobby chat if you don't believe me, I looked at Murk's too he may have started it but you sure as hell finished it.

I've pulled the plug on my router many times and it says the same thing based off of someone who would PP so you haven't convinced me that you didn't do that. Dude you've been banned in the past for flaming, Personally I don't care if I get flamed because I'm not hypersensitive like most people and even though I don't agree with clan ENT's flaming rule I still have to abide by it and you need to understand that you can't do that shit to people. You just get way too mad and get extreme with it.

Four of my cousins were raped by my uncle, no I'm not making this up. I was the court hearing and he got sentenced to 15 years behind bars in the New York Department of Corrections where is he jailed in Northern Albany, New York. Obviously I'm not going to factor that comment into my decision but this goes back to the flaming, imagine if someone else besides me had that happen to them or a family member and how offended or angry it would make them.

Even with the plug pulling(disconnect), the flaming, and everything else I still DO NOT constitute what cyberpunk did as game ruining but if you promise to control yourself and not flame people, PERIOD then I'm willing to reduce a large portion of your ban but not completely unban you and keep in mind you're banned until April 2nd should I not reduce it.

I want you to be aware of one last thing, I do NOT support the flaming rule but I have to abide by it. EDIT: If you want murk banned then make a ban request, I'll be glad to take a look at it.

EDIT: I had a long talk with him, and he assured me that if he was unbanned that we would not hear a negative thing from him again and I encouraged him to use the warcraft 3 /squelch command as opposed to ignore. He is fully aware that if he's reported again he will be banned longer and have no hopes of being unbanned. So this appeal is approved only this time and this time alone.
