Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): started about at the 3rd minute
Any further thoughts: I have 500+ games on ENT ( old account: Remestaque), I never met such an obnoxious guy like him. He made me so fed up that i wanted to create an account to ask the ban. I know that insults are "common" in dota and it happens that i get angry sometimes and i insult my turn but this is something that i can't tolerate.

He was playing like crap, wasting mana and failing at cs in my lane making us both miss EVERYTHING. Then he was like, want me to feed on purpose? I was like, sure if you wanna get banned (since that is an offense). DId I flame him? Yes, was it overboard, probably, but his feeding on purpose was not my fault. He ran right into the tower and fed. Case dismissed.

You can !ignore players for flaming. As for the votekick and asking for ban, I think asking for votekick was okay because you had just said:
(09:09 / Allied) Appart48salon: do u want me to feed on purpose ?
and then ran into the tower, as shown here:

However, I am not fully sure, because I was accused of votekick abuse too. We'll see what the GMs say.

Kunkka did nothing wrong. Just a vote kick proposal.

As for Windrunner, I have watched the short game and found it trivial to impose any bans on you.
Pertaining to the vote kick, nothing serious happened. Even if WR was successfully voted off by that, you somehow deserved it for suicide diving once at top tower.

Propose no violation on any players in this game.
