I'm 100% sure this guy maphacks. uakf is just lazy.

Look at the third match, the beastmaster fight. You'll notice he has the opponent BM selected, which is why he is able to pick the correct one (maphack will tell you which one they pick). Nonconclusive evidence, imo, but it is there.
The penguin game (next one), he follows people for the first 3-4 portals (I forget the exact number). I'd say this is suspicious, but it's just more evidence.

The main evidence is in the tauren game where he runs straight for runes and dodges the tauren. When rune first spawns (I think it was 14:20 replay time), he runs right for it. No time to even stop and select it once it comes into view.
