Racist Account Names

I would be willing to support this summarized conclusion.

So basically, you would be held to higher scrutiny if you already start of the game with a derogatory or bigoted name.

I think that a racist name contributing to being excessive racism makes sense. I don't think it makes sense to extend bans for completely unrelated actions for having a racist name though.

I agree with uakf.b so let's sum it all up, giving someone an extended ban for having a racist and/or bigoted name and committing offenses completely unrelated to excessive racism or bigotry should not be factored in the ban decision, however if they are being excessively racist, bigoted, or just plain offensive in combination of those two things and have a racist and/or patently bigoted name(as palsgraf phrased it) then they should receive a much longer ban for excessive racism than the normal person would which I completely agree with. This will be one of the last couple of posts I make on this suggestion, I might reply one or two times more but those are my thoughts summed up based on other people's input and my own thoughts.

To sum up my point in a short paragraph:

I just couldn't extend a ban on someone with a bigoted or racist name if they were not committing excessive racism(flaming), as ignorant as I believe those people to be I couldn't do it. If they have a racist or bigoted name and commit excessive racism(flaming) then I would be all for giving them a longer ban personally depending on the case of course.

Ok, i understand its for games, but what i want to ask is what is yours point in that username in forums (I understand of using FOE now, but still when i find that, its already there) and even when i go foe with that person who use that username in forum, it doesnt change the fact I am a part of some community where there are part of it people with that type of username, and it is still then problem for me, i dont want to look as someone who is part and share community whit that people. I dislike that.

IMO if there is a problem with a specific forum username, you can post in Complaints about it and we'll decide on a case by case basis.
