Twitch is not giving out any information about viewers IPs. So it's hard to directly link them to each other, just if you know twitch viewers by their name or when they act in a suspicious way.

Seems very unlikely to be able to catch people then. 30 seconds delay seems fine to me though really. Who could be arsed tabbing out all the time. Most people would probably lag a lot if they did that lol

Marsh, imo 30 seconds delay are too short. It would still give the other team an advantage regarding the next level. If you are at lvl 4, and all of your team got heavy armor + the other team have not gotten a scout yet, and when the delay is 30 secs the information on from the stream is still within the sending period for lvl 5 which may destroy your team from there on.
Any way, i dont think many people will lagg if they do tab out. I never lagged from it, + i usually use 2 screens when i play and if i found the stream it would be very easy for me to get all the info needed to make an convincing suggestion that we should either send or upgrade king.

You can watch stream without even being registered on twitch, fyi. And even 10 min delay will not help much, for example if there's a team call to save from lvl 13 till lvl 20. I stopped streaming LTD cause of ghosting, and i can't think of anything that would help this situation T_T

Streaming without delay shouldn't be bannable imo.

I never thought I would see a topic like this come up -_-. May as well not stream anymore. 25 minute delay, as suggested, will obviously ruin the stream. Chat interaction is the only reason to watch twitch, or else you would just go watch youtube videos. Also, streaming is not rape, sexual harassment, or illegal drugs, don't use dumb analogies.

tbh its such a small deal... over fictional elo and the streaming benefits way outweigh the few dicks that snipe. Just let streaming be...
