I watched this game in its entirety. Han tp'd bara to presumably help in team fight at scourge tower. Bara was upset because he was in middle of charge. That was the only disputed tp that I saw. Han had 10 wards in his inventory.
Han banned 5 days for ward hoarding thereby depriving allies of sight, and game ruin.
