Season 11 has ended. We have reset all stats. Here are the seasons and player changes.

Congratulations to @1007 for winning another season!

The team arrangement system has been changed from autobalance to randomize and all lihl games are now 15/15 elo. The decision to implement was based on a public vote and after a staff internal discussion. Consider this change to be a trial for now. After few weeks, we will make a final decision whether the current change is better or not.

We have some staff changes: @MickeyTheMousie, @Diablo_, and @archol has decided to join the lihl moderation team and help us out. Few were let go.

LIHL is constantly seeking for new vouchers. If you know potential friends, encourage them to request for a vouch.

Lastly, do use the SS Request Form more often.

Enjoy your games and lets minimize the dramas.

Edit: just so i don't make two post.
However happy i am to see new and hopefully dedicated lihl moderators joining. I can't stop my self from wondering.

I wonder because, staff members are constantly being accused of being biased, that is no secret. So i don't know why you would encourage those accusers, by letting some moderators join, by pure will to join, while others are forced to make a formel staff applycation ?

My point is not the outcome, it is the process.

The process should be equal for all.

But welcome anyway new mods i am ready to Dong u.

For clarification, application is a procedure to learn about and screen individuals. Mick and diablo have been staffs before. They do not have to make an app. As for Archol, i decided to get him on board based on his recent post and priv discussion. This is a hr change based on admin purposes. Not a regular u applied we approved process. If u doubt my decisions, u can approach me anytime.

If there r any, u can pm me bias concerns when they do actually emerge or report on forum just like any other case.
