I said I'd like to help with the appeals section, redeem bans that were misdone due to disconnects and/or from people who didn't look through enough replay to make accurate, if that's all you want - although I'd focus on "suggestions", and more then grunt "ok, this was wrong" etc... also would of course be in game enough to catch MAAAANY people votekicking noobs and flaming in civ wars pub games. is there even a game of civ where someone ISN'T vked for being noob?

I can link 5 games I found in 2 mins with people getting vked for noob. Just go through every civ game and ban every1 who vks noobs - then EVERYONE (90%) will be banned. Trying to stop this is task for 100, Civ Wars HR = not 1,000,000 vk abuse.

Well forgive me if you have, but I haven't seen you demonstrate your concern with wrongful ban durations.

Civ HR should be in the suggestions forum: It does not demonstrate your capabilities as a mod, or what you will contribute if you were a mod. Again I don't think I've seen you comment on any suggestions at all.

You should demonstrate your ideas and capabilities, rather than outline what you intend to do.

I did outline my ideas, and looking at EVERYONE's app, not a single person really did any of what you describe. I am CAPABLE of doing everything and anything, as is everyone. All of my intentions are relevant to ideas. I've commented on many suggestions, and you replied to one of my comments like 2 seconds ago..

to clarify, I was replying to "You would change the game it wouldn't be a team game if you did tsr no one would save or anything", as quoted by the admin previously, which you edited subsequently.

For those below, the reason I'm implying is primarily Civ. Despite the current low pop of the users, it's a huge project, and has almost NO MODDING AT ALL for so long, the abuse of tools given (such as votekick) isn't exactly minor. Just a few mods could help redress the abuse and spread the news about modding of !votekick of unintentional "sabotage" that isn't directed to team, and is noob.

Checking your history, you made approximately 3 requests pertaining to your games. And sadly, they were superficial.

The position you are applying is Moderator. Meaning, you are supposed to understand the rules and guide members and public players in games, as well as play host when they visit the forum.

Your experience must be directly related to this post that you are applying. As long as you fulfill the requirements and has what it takes to be a moderator, other qualities of you will be an added advantage to ENT.

Most of your post from the beginning till now were chats. Meaning, not pertaining to ban requests, not relevant to appeals. I would like to see more participation in personal ban requests and members' requests. Till then, I hope you observe the work of current moderators, read their logic in the decisions they make and build a sound reasoning of your own.

Next, regarding member's requests.
I need to emphasize a very important point. A well furnish request is one which has adequate information. If you wish to reply them, please click and download the replay. After watching it, you are free to post a comment or even better, a recommendation. A recommendation can be directed to the user or a proposal to GMs. I think this will be constructive and helps you improve your judgement. Similar to skills, we get better each time we practice.

And lastly, GM is not for fame or power. Its really a tough job because you will have to dedicate a portion of your time to it. The opportunity cost could be personal gaming hours. You will start losing gaming friends and make friends with these moderators who are generally nice people.

I hope you will consider what I have stated so far and start working on them.

yea, the posted replay to that game was faulty, I did watch view the entirety and added more. I supplied the link to the rules to help him for future posting.

Stating rules aren't enough. Show him how the rules work.
Paste some screen shots and try to make them relevant to the ban request.
Remember to state your conclusion. Its supposed to say support or against.
The outcome will be decided by a GM and his decision is final.
Unless you feel very strongly against the GM's decision, you should pm the GM or any GMs to review once more.

It is enough, as the rules are pretty obvious on this, and there's absolutely NO MECHANIC to the rule - there is no how. if you break it, you get a ban. simple. you can demonstrate something absolutely obvious, but the demonstration is going to be more complicated then the rule and simply confuse things or it will be saying the same thing over and over again in different ways.

it's not like posting pictures of things he already knows or describing it in more detail is helpful, especially if incorrect as your post didn't actually see when they approached the fountain - 3 minutes pertains to fountain farming, not to finishing the game after downing the 1st barracks. I did state my conclusion, as well as everything else. He doesn't need the shots, he has the replay and saw it all, lol...

I would like to ask how you want to creat a mode without mercenary. You will remake a map or how?
I will not say anythink about your apply, but i was curious about that one because I would like to have it.

I was under the impression that moderators did not edit maps if you do get this position and can edit maps I suggest a abbreviation mode like nm for no mercenary seems simple good luck!

No need to be mod to custom a map. Need only the password of this said map, get into editor, edit. Bot doesn't have the mode implented, it's inside the game.

Do you put -hphmg or you put !hphmg?

It's like the -vk and !votekick in legion, cause our bot have a !votekick command, it disable the in-game implented -vk command. Wich huanAk made himself. If I'am not wrong on the Map Creator name.

In the end, if you don't use the trigger (in this case '!') nothing affect the bot. Being admin or not change nothing to the fact you can modify a map or no.

I'm not going to accept you unless i see a serious ban request made by you. Where i can see how you build up a proper request. I haven't seen you much in forums at all. And i don't really like people applying for a position, who i never actually see around the forums at all.

I could simply refer to a request i made in less than 20 min, but then again, i doubt you would read through it.

This is however a very interresting ban request's since it's basically already processed, and you can't actually make it look like that on the forums. However the full description is given, times, player names, and a lot more. I could also link to some of QTriNitY post's since they also have the same content as mine usually have, when i actually want to prove a point.

I don't see you fit as an admin atm, however feel free to reapply once you have got more active, and posted some "better requests". And you don't have more ban appeals about yourself, than request's on other people. I'm not going to drag this out for very long, so consider this your last chance of explaining, why i should pick you to a position like this?

I really liked this idea better before re-enetering LTD again. I wish to withdraw my application due to time limitations .

However, rest assured, I would read the appeal if I continued, @Agreements. I just read like 70 pages of posts by DReath (all of them, I believe 67 to be more accurate) and went all the way back to before we used Gproxy+ and before his app in his posts on the one suggesting Gproxy in the first place.
