I apologize in advance if there are multiple bugs/glitches and would like to ask the public's help for testing.
There are tons of changes that haven't been thoroughly tested due small testing team and I have overextended my free time in the middle of midterms.

They're random chance as a new rune type instead of spawning alongside normal runes.
Now there are 6 rune types total, 1/6 chance to find them.
I changed it from DotA style to random instead after reviewing the new sources of gold income.
Neutral camps and kill/spree/assist/death gold formulas were in general, buffed, which also mean significantly more gold overall.
