I'm confused, did he really try to multi-account thinking that just changing his forum account and BNet name made him anonymous?

I don't think he should be let in either way, but if he's multi-accounting that's even more reason not to give him another chance. Just my 2c.

btw, @Play4EIo even though I didn't play this season I did play a lot during the seasons shrimp was vouched/active, so I think my testimony is valid here.

You've done nothing except for constantly flame and harass me and report me for the most minor things. You also blackmailed a friend of mine for ELO and in general were toxic to a lot of people I knew in the league. I'm astonished you think you can behave like time and time again yet still except demand and acceptance from people. You always play the victim and complain people are treating you unfairly and that they have no right to do so. How about looking at yourself for once? YOU don't have the right to cause drama and blackmail/flame/harass LIHL members. You certainly don't have the right to be allowed to play in a league where nobody enjoys your company.

From what it seems you've also been trying to dodge your ban by multi-accounting. You claim time and time again to have "changed" but your behaviour repeats itself. It wasn't just one complaint that got you unvouched. People complained about you constantly and each time you said you learned your lesson and wouldn't do it again. Yet it just kept happening. Now you come crawling back again claiming that THIS time you're ready to properly integrate into the community. However, evidence surfaces that you've been breaking the rules using a multi-account. It would be extremely naive for anyone to think letting you back is a good idea.

i never asked for "special treatment" as a donator, but i should be treated fairly...

nabo gave me a "final warning" based on drama that surrounded me all because i reported dc pens, nothing else. i get reported for forced draw whilst 2 other players broke rules the same game with no punishment (obs wouldnt leave, diablo unpausing-NO PUNISHMENT)(SHRIMP PERMA-UNVOUCHED)

i Support appeal, i never understood why there was so much drama in the first place, i am sure some of it had its reasons, but 30 days should be enough of a ban for sure.. its not like he cant be banned again if things go wrong. Imo give him another chance

well, when u dc report ppl you're basically making enemies. it's a rule that exists purely to report those everyone hates - don't report players who only dc a few times, or are supported in general.

but in general, lots of players banned recently for being "toxic", "baiting", "flaming", etc. I can understand if it's in game, but from what I can understand you are unvouched not for breaking a rule, but for out-of-game behavior? As have been ship_, tinsoldier, and all these other unrelated issues...

my recommendation is to stop talking about slander, and just post either a Vouch Request, or an Appeal that discusses the actual ban.

The main reason for the unvouch was because we want to make this league a fun place to be in. Players don't always have to contribute to that, but consistently ruining the fun for other players is a reason for unvouch, especially after multiple last warnings. The last action of Shrimp in the league was violating a rule in LIHL with the sole reason of forcing his way onto seven other players without any attempt to reach an agreement.

I don't feel any will to bring back someone to the league who shows no insight in how toxic his actions are for the league, even calling the mods unfair and slandering. My priority is keeping a good quality league and I will keep high-risk drama outside if needed.

So shrimp, for you to return (I don't know about the multi-acc so I won't go into that) is to convince us you can behave leagueworthy. We won't give you benefit of the doubt with another chance based on nothing (except for more name-calling and accusations). And that has to start with you here on your appeal.

eld, donki, i already have other appeals saying my apologies, i didnt feel the need to repeat a thread sounding like a broken record.. i already tried complaining about radiant and he shut down my own post against him, i had other mods pm and whisper me trying to defend my case. i honestly didnt think this would once again be an ongoing battle. i expected a simple yes or no, if no a time frame in which i can reapply, if at all.
i really didnt think it would be such a big deal after 30 days to try and play for the week that i have left.

mick, how can you say i didnt try to come to any agreement? i paused the game 3 times asking obs to leave and diablo unpaused 3 times force start game, i technically didnt force anybody to draw that game. i chose hybrid... (IF obs can stay in game against my decision, IF diablo can unpause game 3 times forcing start, then why cant I choose hybrid?) the arguement over that game goes on and on. 3 people were at fault for that game, yet i was the only one punished.. i was only unvouched because i happened to be there. Had anybody else did the same exact thing, there would have been no punishment.

as i stated previously. all this drama against me is all because of dc penalties i posted my 1st season, thats the "toxic" and "bad behavior" against me. THATS IT! so im the one being made the example of because i posted dc pens and forced a draw. for some reason anybody else can break the rules without punishment/given warnings, some rarely unvouched but can appeal 3-4days... 1 week, 2weeks later... ive seen far worse "behavior" issues from other players that are still vouched. guess theres always gotta be that "one guy"

anyways... like i said, I am moving out of state the 23rd of february, i am packing up all my stuff next weekend, so really i have less than a week to even play since i will be packing my computer in storage saturday the 20th, and it will remain in storage for several months. if you guys revouch me and let me play... GREAT, it would be awesome to grind some games out with ya'll... if not... well this would be my good bye. have a nice day.

This is not about popularity, but about if you can be leagueworthy. Please answer the questions from my first post and we will look at it, keeping the supports in mind (not counting what nabo and art)y have posted as I don't know anything about it).

What has changed since? And why should we believe you won't flame/force things again if you don't get your way like you've done in the league as well as in your rejected revouch (which shows to me you learned nothing and we only bring in trouble if we bring you back)?
