I am not long in lihl, but from what I can tell people here are mostly friendly and patient. In all my games so far, people waited for everybody who went afk, even if it was a few times in one game. And this is what's good here, not like in public where everybody is pissed off when it's 5 secs pause.

To my understanding, this here is just a misunderstanding that can happen and I agree with dafuker that this game should be a draw no matter everything after that, simply because of fairness and that's what I would expect from lihl people.

But also, to avoid stuff like that you can just pause the game yourself, like already mentioned. Didn't sound like you had to rush to a door or something.

Plus, I would also say it's team failure. Just pause it when you realize someone is not here. Clarify and ask if he there now and all that will be easy. (I guess I cannot see pauses in replays? So if there was a pause, nobody talked about it...)

What I really don't understand are the postings of Play4EIo. You are lihl moderator and blame dafuker for not drawing, when he was the first or second one to do so and then want him banned for what he "did"? That's ridiculous and I realll hope this is not the spirit of lihl moderation team...

Just one last thinking: Don't project things like this to all lihl. I have a feeling if someone dislikes one thing he immediately posts it here and everybody rages, mostly for no reason. For a one-timer like this, this is really not worth it imo and just makes a way too big deal out of it... If this would be happening all the time, it would be a different situation ofc.

I see no rule broken but i would have draw this game in 100% of cases. Never expected this kind of behave in lihl. We are not that many people to start doing this things. Games will become rare if this keep going "sorry i dont draw for XXXXX cause he didnt to me". The other day i had a problem with the Therm at my home and everyone did draw (it was lvl 9 or so) and i rlly felt happy to have that kind of good behave.

As i said, please lets not focus that much on elo, the friendly environment worth a lot more than that....

Ugh.. really shit to not draw that one. Clearly should be drawn when someone doesn't have time to build when its not paused after they stated AFK. Use your heads maybe?

1) There were totally 9 players excluding dafuker in the game and yet literally no one saw that he said that he has to go afk for several minutes, which is really unlikely

2) About king23 mistake - Might be adressed to TGD, but still he could/should have read what dafuker wrote, its very unlikely that he missed that part, and even if he did - mistakes can happen

3) About dafuker time to build - he definetely had the time to build for, but he canceled his wisp due a reroll, then he wisped again to 3/0 whereas he could have the time to go more engineers (at least) but he pushed 4/0 in the last second(s), and went against warriors with 1 upped engineer (which is literally stupid even without send) - probably due the lack of time he panicked more or less, he could do it of course better, but he didnt in the end.

4) About drawing - you could adress dafuker lack of time to build before round 1 started, but after west sent warrior east was of course handicapped. But if you would adress it before you might cause to leak information too (for example that the team cant send warriors).

Note: For future situations please warn the other team beforehand, to avoid unpleasant situations even at the cost to give some information to the opposite team

Summary: @King23 was the only who didnt draw (Dr. akward did draw at least), and yet you caused the misunderstanding at lobby chat (even if it was unintentional) so therefore ill unvouch King23 for 1 1/2 day, total 36 hours - not mainly for his mistake at lobby chat but due unfair sportmanship, also he should be aware that he also was part of this misunderstanding. Ill enforce it to warn all players beforehand to avoid unfair sportmanship in the future and a warning seems not be enough for me in this case.

You may appeal to this ban to other mods / admins, due its not stated in the rules more or less.

This ban is illogical; no matter what way you look at it, no rule was broken. I would remove the ban before this gets ugly. A warning is fine, but 36 hours for no rule breaks is unjust. It is not his responsibility to pause or draw, the rules are black and white. @nabo. @diablo_
The only person truly at fault is dafuker; yes, sportsmanship is nice, but nowhere is it mandatory. I am in no way supporting what happened, but banning for it stains the league's reputation. If you ban for this, anything can be banned. Make a rule change first before handing out bans for stuff that is currently acceptable. It's the same as arresting someone for being rude to another person in real life; it is obviously not nice, but there is no law against it, so obviously it won't happen.

Nevertheless you cant compare this league with real life situations - in honor of sportmanship i decided to ban him, although its not stated in the rules - thus i also broke a rule in this case more or less, and therefore ill take the consequences

Ill still remain the ban in this situation, other mods / admins may lift or unban him and punish me if they are the opinion that my behaviour was out of context (which it clearly was, although i decided to punish him due my own whim for the sake of a friendlier league - as i wrote above a warning seems not be enough for that, also to put a note for this kind of behaviour)

If we follow all the rules accordingly, then there would be way more drama in this league - everyone of you will confirm this. Other way was to adress this in the admin section and let it go with a warning and then establish a rule in this case, but then this behaviour from this game wont get punished regardless. And there was many cases of unfair sportmanship in the past, which also caused drama which continued afterwards

Tbh I didnt time to build, since im not Ironman, when u panic u do mistakes, and ofc i did mistake build cuz of panic about time to lvl 1 started. Anyway, no more drama plz. Archol, u can unban king imo, and we all can forget all about this. Hope lihl will be more fair after this

I dont know what @nabo. wrote to King23, but i know that he gave him a final warning not to cause drama - so this ban is definitely better than an unvouch.

Alright i dont mind unbanning him now after reading sonycrockett post (thus he got my approval), but nabo. / other mods gave him several warnings beforehand as far i know - thus thats why i let other mods / admins review this too and let them decide now

I didn't cause any drama... I extended the courtesy of TGD to tell him he was double signed for a game, which ended up being a misunderstanding I guess by dafuker. Nevertheless, his team had much time to pause the game and dafuker had more than enough time to complete his build, but instead risked 4/0.

You're unvouching for no rules broken... makes no sense. How are you a mod? Why are there rules in place? You should probably resign, you don't get to make up false rules or ban for what is not in the rules.

He said he didn't ban you under any rule break, basically it was a ban for distasteful behavior after a few warnings you have gotten prior for distasteful behavior
