What distasteful behavior in that game? Wolke and dr.awkward were adamant about not drawing, and patarinsky from other team said play on. I barely spoke and just played, breaking no rules.

Not to mention, this is NOT even an unvouch request for any user from that game, OP just posted the game.

Nevertheless you cant compare this league with real life situations - in honor of sportmanship i decided to ban him, although its not stated in the rules - thus i also broke a rule in this case more or less, and therefore ill take the consequences

Fact of the matter is.. there is nothing here to be banned for. If he flamed, then sure, because he was given a warning for flaming, but this is totally separate. Since when do people get banned for "distasteful behavior"? If that were the case, there would be many bans.. but since there is no rule for that, I think it's pretty clear some boundaries were stretched here. Whether it was a good thing to not draw or not is questionable.. but so is alot that goes on in LIHL. Nevertheless, this is no grounds to unvouch someone; never has been, and until a rule is made about it, never will be.

Ill resign immediately if im wrong in regard of your situation - instead of being grateful for this low duration ban or that i approved an unbanning later, you should also consider the final warning nabo. gave you

In the admin section there were several topics regarding toxic behaviour and instead of taking actions some mods prefer to go on with warnings and warnings and not even enforcing anything etc. Although i supported it in the case of a final warning, i also demanded a more strict route against such behaviour for the future and thus also enforce it now, even if its not in the rule (now).

Dont know what the other mods did before me, i know at least they didnt do much because i left the league also because of drama.

There was no rule broken, so anything prior has nothing to do here. So, you are wrong in this situation. Would you arrest someone as a police officer when they are sitting on a bench doing or saying nothing wrong? Nope!

As usually, there's need for clarification regarding administrative procedures. Moderators of a league do not have to rely on reports only. They can enforce the rules themselves when they see it necessary.

If you feel unfairly unvouched, post an appeal.

Moderators decide on judgments on a daily basis. These judgments are usually subject to discussion and no reason to call out for resignations just because you disagree with it. People would call such attitude "toxic".

Considering there were indeed no rules violated, the re-vouch has been granted and the case is closed.
