Suggest to make ff on all team

The ff command does not require all the team to approve it would be better if it does because some games i am positive of winning however all my team ff and fuck up

In most cases when 4 people think the game is hopeless, the game is hopeless. Additionally you can always communicate with your team if you think you can be the Savior.

Im know im gona sound cocky when i explain this (not my intention). I really hate the 4/5 3/4 ff vote requirement. In my games where I intentionally try to play on the weaker team elo wise, most of the time my team gives up earlier then they should. Alot of times they lose their lanes on the sides while im snowballing off of mid. They give up if i dont gank their lanes from mid 2-3 times in a row. Where as i know if i go to gank and leave the othermid to freefarm its most certainly a loss. I understand that em dota is a bit more gank oriented and really profitable if done right, but alot of times I just know that when I leave mid lane 3min in to gank, Ill be letting the othermid get waymore space out of it then my team will get in return. Maybe Im wrong about this but ive felt Ive lost 2 many games to !ffs when theyre is still a solid chance of a comeback that the weaker players may not be able to see.

So yes its a !Support from me, although I highly doubt anything will be done about it.

I've had some games ended due to !ff from my team mates that easily could have ended with a win. Like maybe 2 or 3, so not that many, but still.

I think the real problem is that by having the 4/5 rule it encourages people to give up earlier to a greater extent. I see noobs !FF every time they start to do poorly early on in the game and are not fully enjoying themselves. It happens more frequently now imo since they know that its easier for !ff to pass. I think I see the same amount of bullying that goes on when players try to convince others to FF as well.

Would recommand whole team !ff.

!support, in my experience the !ff is used either too early 4/5 players before rax is even touched. OR currently being fountain farmed and still cant get 4 to type it because they dont know the command/too noob or stubborn ( so it doesnt help having 1 less person to vote LOL). When you have legitimate players, all 5 should reasonably understand and communicate that it is not a comeback game.

Whenever I feel like there's still a chance (be it because we have good late game heroes, I feel like I can farm and carry later, etc...), I tell my team to keep on trying and focus on the game. I have personally never experienced the situation you are talking about because I communicated my thoughts with my team and it has always worked, be it with noobs or more experienced players.

Besides, there's often that guy who will never forfeit either because he's completly deluded, or simply wants to piss one of his teammate off by stalling a dead game. That's where you see people rage, ruin game, sell items, go AFK, and so on.

4/5, 3/4 is fine.

This is one of the reasons I held my opinion. Thanks @HazarDous. I've seen too much of these. If 5/5 is implemented I would expect to see more bans on item destruction/selling and AFKs.

Hmm good point of the destruction/seeling I guess youre right. Thats something i didnt tough about.

I agree with this, It's rare to find a losing 5v5 game that the 1 player in the losing team turned the game upside down when farming fast enough before tree/frozen ice cream gets destroyed

If this is about dota, my honest opinion is that not votes should be 5/5 and hidden (if possible!). On the other hand i dont play much wc3 dota anymore.

The votes are 4/5 due to people going afk or refusing to vote to ruin games. The benefits of the 4/5 requirement outweigh the 5/5 ruined games. As an accommodation we added the ff expiry which expires the whole ff process after few minutes.

Instead of making it 5/5 again, we could shorten the ff expiry timer to 30 seconds or a minute or something. If all 4 players agree to !ff within a minute, Id say too bad... (I know sometimes sucks)

Changing the timer doesn't fix the root issue the suggestion is about so it's rather trivial, in my opinion, and therefore not needed.
