[4.0.0] How to make & download customized hotkeys for ID.

Updated for 0103 with Terminus, also did some cleaning up. The page will take a while to load now unfortunately, as I'll have to redo the entire thing to dynamically load the abilities you select.

Now includes command button images, and a blue color on abilities that are inside spellbooks! Hooray.

Site performance has been greatly improved for the CustomKeys tool, it now loads all ability data from an internal database which should make updating things easier.

1. Is there a way to make ALL "learn ability hotkeys" to (Left CTRL+4.00 default hotkey)?
2. A method to change "activate inventory hotkeys" to (Left ALT+QWE/ASD)?

after attempting both with the above site.
1 fails because left cntrl isn't being, "registered"?
2 fails because I don't see a method to adjust inventory hotkeys.

if BOTH are possible, I would consider playing this version of wc3 ID, occasionally.
if not np, id 5.0 in a couple of years, I predict. @followingpath @wastedlandering @shadowzz

Those things are not possible in WC3, so it makes sense that the site doesn't support them.

Instead, use something like AutoHotKey to do what you want.
