Well sorry man, didn't knew that ugly thing was such a taboo, but if i put myself in ur family place, i can understand that is not easy for u daily,
once again sorry for you, and also if u can transmit my apologies to ur family also would be great.
Also if someone read this topic, he should know that's i have nothing wrong with ugly ppl and i respect them.

tbh those kind of decision rly make me think there are two kind of sanction : For friends / for the others.
If everyone was getting a 5 days unvouch after bad words the league would be so empty...
