We are working on clearing the list due to the staggering amount of white-listed accounts, white-listing process will be temporarily unavailable in the coming days. Once we finished working on clearing the list, we will look into your case(s).

You may also request the range ban to be removed.

how do i do that? i dont know why i was range banned in the first place.

If the range ban was out dated, we may examine it and see if if a white list or a complete removal would be fit, at this point of time, we would like to ask you to kindly wait as we are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible, thank you.
