Violated Rule(s): DabnDab rage quit after the first death. Normally I wouldn't care but he was sat and several others wanted sat. Zebro fed, refused to take advice and admitted to knowing that what he was doing would ruin the game, fed the titan and then suicided.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): DabnDab around 6minutes was when he left. Zebro at 10minutes said he knew he was throwing the game then suicided at around 14minutes.
Any further thoughts: nope.

Not gonna ban leaver builders - If you want a leaver sat, simply do -builder. If you fail to get sat in the beginning, go new game and try your luck again.

Zebro - Basically admitted to throwing, although I don't believe fully it was intentional, it was still unnecessary for a person with that many games.
Zebro@useast.battle.net banned 3 days for Game ruining.
