Any further thoughts: Two of our teammates had left the game, it was me (n0tMyFault), scizor and donkeypunch left versus enemy team of 5. Me and Scizor managed to hold the other team off for quite a bit, but donkeypunch (naix) was around 4 levels under us and really didnt do anything for our team, except feeding the enemy team. So at this point we (me and Scizor) wanted to kick him, to play it 2v5, because we felt he ruined the game for us. The enemy team did not want to kick him, even though we expressed it clearly to them several times. After our inital votekick, naix went afk in fountain and sold his items.

Votekick Rules
[size=50]For flaming/verbal conflicts, use bot command, !ignore <name>, and/or bnet command, /squelch <name> , instead. Squelching will also block whispers.
Do not spam or randomly start !votekicks, do not !votekick to avoid being kicked,[/size] and do not !votekick without proper reasons. Votekicks are ban-able even if they are not passed since negative intentions can still be assessed and misusing it can lead others to misuse it.
Do not abuse !votekick: its only purpose is to kick game ruinners who violate ENT's rules and negatively impact the game for either or both teams in the game.
You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim.
If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes.
It is possible to game ruin by being new. In this case, votekick will only be valid if the new player refuses to learn and cooperate. Just because someone is a newbie or bad does not mean he is intentionally game ruinning.

To sum up the bolds and underlines I did for you, you clearly abused votekick twice, causing donkeypunch (dark green) to hide in base and allegedly at the time "sell his items" because 2 of my teammates voted also. Donkeypunch (Darkgreen) thinking this unauthorized and rule breaking votekick was about to take place caused him to do so. Again anyone watching the replay will clearly see donkeypunch was trying and was cooperating in team fights etc. No reason to votekick him. No intentional game ruining. And lb tries to turn it around saying I didn't votekick this poor player who was trying to play the game. I hope your ban is extended to the maximum. Ty for your time.

Donkeypunch is clearly familiar with the ground rules and intention of LOD. (He choose a good draft, buy the right items, go to lane for creep, etc.)
Thats why its a clear gameruining action to go to fountain for selling all items, and walking in circles for several minutes (to not get the -afk mark). How can you say, "Donkeypunch (Darkgreen) thinking this unauthorized and rule breaking votekick was about to take place caused him to do so" ? - are you a psychic? You cant argue with what you think Donkeypunch thinks, but the fact of what actualy happend. And in this situation, Donkeypunch did ruin the game for me(Scizor) and n0tMyFault. We actualy told you guys why we initiated the votekick;

So you clearly knew that we told you the truth, and still would not kick him. And when you refuse to kick a gameruiner, you're a gameruiner yourself.

around 17 min game time Naix was afk on fountain for about 2 mins , about 24 min sold all items and patrol on fountain cause there was a vk abuse against him.

@s0ceN you are not right in some situations , its not like if your team wanna kick someone enemy team have to vote , so clearly first votekick it was ABUSE , because naix did nothing wrong , that not justify him for selling items and patrol fountain.

@s0ceN so clearly the first attempt was a votekick abuse and i am giving you an oral warning for that !

donkeypunch banned 1 week for AFK / sold all items / griefing on fountain.


krakenyng + hauss + zephinoth banned 2 days each for refusing to kick game ruiner.
